I'm Arthur Work, and prefer to be called Art.

 I was born in Nanaimo BC. and moved to Toronto in 1962 where I became an electrician. I worked at the trade for over forty years. Myself and wife Linda retired in 2004 and moved to Bancroft ontario where we enjoyed curling, golf and working on our lake front home. 

I took up carving and later on decided to start painting, (self taught) at the age of 72. I found it very relaxing and a way of helping charities in the Bancroft area.

 Moved to Welland in 2017.  We are now enjoying all that Welland offers.
